Bagged material loading machine can be widely used in building materials, chemicals, food products and other industrial of continuous, automated loading process requirements. Bagged material loading machine consists of belt conveyor, conveyor carriages, rails and electric control system. It is mainly used for the railway and vehicle transportation of bag packaging products. It is combined used with conveying systems to make the manufacturing and transportation line automation. According to the functions bagged material loading machine can be divided into A, B1 type, B2 type, C1 type, C2 type, C3-type, D-type, E1 type, E2, F-type, G1 type, G2 types mainly used in the vehicle loading. Bridge Type Grab Ship Unloader
Bridge type grab ship unloaders are the products of widest applications for unloading bulk cargo vessels in various ports and terminals. This machine represents the development treads of ship unloaders with great advantage of higher efficiency and better safety performance than conventional versatile gantry-structured machine. Now our bridge type grab ship unloaders are the most common ship unloaders usually used in bulk cargo terminals, fitting for bulk vessels with capacities ranging from 3000 tons to 250,000 tons. Mobile Bulk Shiploader
Mobile bulk shiploader (also called as long travelling shiploader) is capable of loading ships on one side of the wharf and travelling along two paralleled tracks. Another type of mobile bulk shiploader can serve on either side of a projected wharf, equipped with slewing boom and travelling along two paralleled tracks. It is suitable for bulk material vessel-loading operations in bulk terminals and dedicated terminals of power plants and other terminals. The materials to be handled include one cement, coal and corn. The machines are designed and supplied to suit for cargo vessels with capacity ranging from 3000 tons to 100,000 tons. Our shiploaders are designed with advanced automation capacities, with the flexibility allowing for semi-automatic control, manual control and local control modes. The availability of variable frequency technology offers a more energy saving and environmentally friendly performance. NHI’s shiploaders of this kind are designed with retractable boom structures, offering great variability for boom slewing radius. A telescopic chute is equipped at the boom tip, which consists of the tube, telescopic mechanism, rotary mechanism and material throwing plate. The tube is composed of a number of sections. The chute is able to retract to its minimum state due to the traction of steel rope and release due to gravity. The coordinative movement of tube rotary unit, elbow swinging unit, tube swinging unit and boom telescopic mechanism can meet the balanced-loading requirements and suit for vessels of different types.

Stationary Ship Unloader
Stationary ship unloader is a 360o slewing type stationary crane for loading and unloading bulk materials used at ports and jetties, which can be applied for terminals, thermal power plants, storage yards, stacking areas and plant areas. It is designed to suit the needs of frequent and continuous operation for loading and unloading bulk materials with the grab bucket. The ship unloader provided with lifting hooks can be used for loading and unloading operations for bulk cargo such as steels, bags and woods. Our stationary ship unloaders are designed and built with single boom structure, which ensures sufficient strength, rigidity, stability and fatigue resistance. The machine features the advantages of rational structures, steady transmission, flexible operation and easy maintenance, satisfying the requirements of operations with hooks and grabs. Within the specified outreach, the maximum hoisting capacity for lifting hook is 40 tons. With such load, the machine can make horizontal luffing and 360o slewing movement. Separate or linked actions of the lifting, luffing and slewing mechanisms are available for the machine.
